OASIS COSL activities are managed by a Steering Committee that consists of five members. Three of the current OASIS COSL Steering Committee members were appointed to organize and launch the Member Section's first year of operation. They include:

• Eunju Kim, Ph.D. - NIA (National Information Society Agency of Korea)
• Andy Lee, Ph.D. - Changfeng Open Standards Platform
• Yang Yupu - Beijing Digital China Limited

Elections will be held for the two additional seats on the Steering Committee.
